III
Training Period & Performance Expectations
What to expect during your first 80 hours

Training Period: The average training time is 32 hours. A maximum of 40 hours will be scheduled to complete training in each position, starting on your first shift. The training period ends when you pass each position's evaluation, or when the 40-hour maximum is reached.

If you are unable to complete and pass all scheduled positions within the 40-hour training period, employment may be terminated. Missed training days will not result in additional time being added to the period.

Performance Expectations: Following training, you will be scheduled 40 practice hours in various positions. By the conclusion of these hours, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in:

  • 2nd Mile Service — Going above and beyond for every guest
  • Core 4 — The foundational service and teamwork standards
  • Knowledge — Menu, procedures, and position requirements
  • Speed — Efficient execution without sacrificing quality

A performance review will take place near the end of the training period. Our leadership team is committed to coaching and supporting you every step of the way.
